Premier Delivery was set up in 2006 to combat the continued non-delivery of promotional material by both national and local delivery companies for businesses and community organisations I was associated with. The feedback from residents was always poor with sometimes as little as 40% actually being delivered, this along with the 1000s of leaflets wasted by national companies that could only deliver to entire postcode sectors was unacceptable.
I had my mission, to create a company people can trust with their promotional campaigns. I refused to accept the industry standard and set about changing the perception of good distribution. I was always concerned with the lack of feedback and lack of communication from delivery companies, so at Premier Delivery we provide full transparent reporting which gives details of any properties where delivery could not take place either due to faulty intercom systems, locked gates, refusals or a big dog in the driveway.
We provide a spot check service which gives the customer confidence that their material is actually being delivered as promised. We also provide an instant update service which lets the customer know exactly how much of their job has been completed and what area the distribution teams are in.
At Premier Delivery our aim is to not waste one single leaflet. We therefore drill down to street and property level, making sure we actually target potential customers and the demographic that best meets your business needs.
We are always looking at ways to improve and provide customers with the ultimate promotional campaign.
